In order to ensure that our customers shop with confidence and reassurance through our website, the exchange or return of purchases shall be within 14 days from the date of purchase.
Conditions apply:

- The products are unused and in original/new condition upon purchase.

- Products that were purchased before promotions and sales periods may not be returned during the promotions and sales periods.

- Products that have offers or discounts may be exchanged for products of the same purchase value or a higher value within only 7 days from the date of purchase and no return is allowed.
- The opportunity to replace or return one product or more in one invoice must not exceed one time.
