Low Hip (for Pants)
Standing with your feet slightly apart, measure around the fullest part of your body.
If you have a pair of pants that fit you well, measure the inner part of the pant leg from the crotch seam to the bottom of the leg.
High Hip (for Tops)
Measure your circumference approximately half way between your waist and low hip.
